What happens to
what you tell us.

What we collect

There is exactly one place on this site where you can give us information: the deployment intake form on the booking page. When you complete it we receive

• —your name and work email address
• —your company, and your role if you choose to give it
• —your phone number, if you choose to give it
• —the description you write of the process or decision you want in scope
• —the time zone your browser reports, so the times we show you are the times you expect

There is nowhere else on this site that sends us anything. Links to our email address open your own mail client; nothing is transmitted until you send it yourself.

We do not use cookies, local storage, analytics, session recording, fingerprinting, or embedded third-party content. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

Why we use it

Solely to schedule and hold the conversation you asked for, and to follow up on it. We do not sell it, rent it, share it for anyone else's marketing, or add you to a mailing list because you booked a call.

Where European or UK data protection law applies, our legal basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us.

Who else sees it

Two processors, both acting on our instructions:

• —Google — the booking creates an event on our Google Calendar and emails you the invitation and meeting link. Your name, email, company and the description you wrote appear in that event.
• —Amazon Web Services — the site runs on AWS Amplify, which keeps standard server logs, including the IP address of requests, for operational and abuse-prevention purposes.

Both are US-headquartered providers, so data may be processed in the United States under their standard contractual clauses. Nobody else receives your information. We have no advertising or data-brokerage relationships of any kind.

Abuse prevention

To stop automated abuse of the booking endpoints we count recent requests per IP address in the memory of the running server. Those counters expire within minutes, are never written to a database, and are not linked to anything you submit.

How long we keep it

Calendar invitations and the notes attached to them are kept as ordinary business records for as long as there is a live commercial relationship or conversation, and are reviewed periodically after that. Server logs follow the AWS Amplify default retention. If you would rather we removed your details sooner, ask.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to the address below and we will act on it — there is no form to fill in and no account to create.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and are unhappy with how we handled your request, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes to this notice

If we change how any of this works — a new processor, a new field on the form, anything that alters the substance above — we update this page and move the effective date. There is no archive of prior versions; if you need one, ask and we will send it.
